CLEEAR (CarbonLow Emissions Evaluation and Reduction) Standard
CarbonLow's CLEEAR Standard is an Environment Agency approved Carbon Trust Standard equivalent which aims to help businesses to show their stakeholders, shareholders and customers that they are measuring and managing their ongoing carbon emissions reductions to a recognised standard.
Tailored to meet the Carbon Trust Standard rules and methodology and in accordance with the criteria in the Greenhouse Gas Protocol (GHGP) and ISO 14064, the CLEEAR Standard will help you to record and measure your carbon emissions with our online iCAT software, which converts energy consumption into carbon using internationally recognised Greenhouse Gas reporting and footprinting methods.
With the results of these measurements we can help you to put in place a formulated and tailored carbon emissions reduction strategy – you can then demonstrate a substantiated reduction over a set period of time to be awarded the CLEEAR Standard.
CarbonLow's CLEEAR can be used as an Early Action Metric to improve an organisation's position in the CRC League Table during the First Phase of the scheme.
